We offer hassle free onsite or offsite estate sales. This is a great option to help liquidate an estate. Our team comes in and does all the set up, staging and pricing. We then advertise the sale on multiple platforms to get the word out about your upcoming sale. The days of the sale our team will arrive and treat your belongings as if they were our own as we help them find their new home in the hands of someone else so they can be used and loved for many years to come.

We offer onsite and offsite auctions. Foxtail Estate Services is a licensed and bonded auctioneer. This is a great option for estates that don't want the foot traffic or general public inside a home. This is also a great option for some estates that have specific items or collections that would do better in an auction setting.  Our team comes in and will stage and photograph and catalog all the items of the auction. we will then upload and advertise on multiple platforms to get the best audience and turn out for the auction. After the auction our staff will facilitate the pick up and the removal of all items and get them on to their next adventure.

Sometime our clients want to be more involved and do some of the heavy lifting them selves. We offer consulting services for just this situation. This can be as simple as helping you price items that you can sell on your own or facilitating meet ups and pick ups of sold items. We have a long list of Foxtail approved vendors that we work with who can help with removal of any item. We have a growing list of  movers, recyclers, restorers, inventors, re-finishers, collectors, buyers and more. 

When it comes to home cleanouts we do it all.

We remove all usable items and do our absolute best to find them new homes. We also remove all the unusable items. We also remove any and all trash we come across at the cleanout We  take all recyclable items too. This includes all metal,plastics,papers glass and more.
