How It Works
Once you have decided you and your family are ready for a clean out, the next step it to give us a call or send an email and set up a free consultation and walk through.
At this appointment we will come to the location and introduce ourselves and have you walk us through the home. We will take detailed notes on what what items are leaving and what items are staying. During the walk through we will take note of what items we can sell and make use of to reduce the cost of your cleanout. We then will formulate an estimate and email it to you in 24 hours. We know that during this time in life things can be a little hectic and we will do our best to move quickly to help in any way we can.
Once you have reviewed the estimate we will then find a clean out date that works best for you and get you on our schedule. Most Clean outs take 1-2 days depending on the volume in the home. When your clean out day arrives we will meet you in the morning to let us in and we will work and empty your home in a kind respectable manner. Taking the proper precautions to protect your homes carpets,floors and walls along with the items themselves so that they can go onto be loved and used by new families.
We take tremendous pride in doing our absolute best to keep items out of the land fills. We work with many of the local non profits and charity groups to help get items back into the hands of people who need them and cant always afford to shop new.
